My story is told in summary here.

This blog began as an exercise in healing from spiritual burnout and is now an exercise in healing from spiritual abuse. It is not only a record of the events which made the blog necessary, but records, too, the methods and experiences by which I’ve progressed in healing. It is also a tribute to the gifts, friendships and graces that daily make healing possible. This includes the examples set by those clergy and religious who remind me by their example that I have not, in my former spiritual director, seen all there is to see of the consecrated life.

And then there’s everything else I feel like writing at any given time.
